Jefferson Park Lawn Bowling club hosts annual parties and potlucks for members and their families and significant others.

Opening Day

May 3, 2014

Some JPLBC bowlers can be enticed to the greens year round, but Opening Day on the first Saturday of May marks the date when the grande bowling season begins.  Fair-weather and hearty bowlers flock to the greens in spirited costumes to play esoteric bowling games to fit the changing party theme.

Memorial Day BBQ

May 26, 2014

Memorial Day BBQ is a great, easy way to spend the holiday bowling and socializing. It's a game draw followed by a potluck picnic. Bring something to throw on the grill and something to share on the table and in the glass.

Chuck Caddey Independence Day Games
+ Ice Cream Social

July 4, 2014

Games for friends and family and the greater community are held in honor of one of the great, social bowlers in modern history of Jefferson Park Lawn Bowling Club. Chuck taught many first time bowlers with his open-door policy and willingness to teach the basics to anyone interested in rolling a bowl.

Members Mixer

August 2, 2014

The Mixer is the best summer party in Seattle! The vibe is always festive with music, food and mood-setting scenery. It's a party for members to mix, mingle and bowl. The theme changes each year, adding a new twist on the recurring event.

September 13, 2014

Because beer, brats and bowling just go together! The grill gets a workout all summer, but we really put it to the test on this last hurrah of the season.
