Club Leadership
JPLBC is led by a dedicated group of elected board officers, who meet monthly, along with committee chairs. Meetings are open to any member who wants to participate, and make a difference to the Club.

PRESIDENT
The President shall preside at all membership meetings of the club, chair all meetings of the Board; perform such other duties usually undertaken by a presiding officer, be an ex-officio non-voting member of all committees; and appoint all standing and special committee chairpersons.

Steps in for the President when they cannot perform their duties.
TREASURER
The Treasurer shall collect all funds due the club from all sources, giving proper credit when so collected, deposit such funds as are collected in such bank or banks as the Board may designate, be custodian of all club funds and keep a record of the financial transactions of the club. The Treasurer, President, Vice-President, or other Board member approved by the Board, shall be authorized to sign checks or drafts in the name of the club. The Treasurer shall, upon request of the Financial Review Committee, surrender all books, vouchers and other records necessary for reviewing purposes. The Treasurer may design and instigate a voucher system to be used by all club members to submit and recover expenses related to club activities
SECRETARY
The Secretary shall keep and publish an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings, and keep a record of all tournament proceedings within the club or other clubs, as provided by the Games Chairperson. The Secretary shall also prepare and mail notices of all Special meetings as prescribed in article 8.3.3 of the by-laws and ballots and notice of elections as prescribed in article 9.5 of the by-laws. The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping and dispensing the official club membership list, as provided by the Membership Chairperson.

gardens & GROUNDS
All exterior maintenance aside from the greens, along with the Donut, and Monday Maintenance crews, and other volunteers. Tasks include: keeping the lawns mowed, hedges trimmed, edges weeded, and garden beds watered.
GREENS
All things having to to with keeping our greens alive and in great shape, along with the Donut, and Monday Maintenance crews. Works with volunteers to do the following tasks: mowing, plugging and sanding, watering, submitting quarterly reports to Parks and Recreation, and contacting Golf when we need fungicide applied. Must be able to check up on the greens every other day in the summer months, and check in regularly during the winter months.
HOUSE
Monitoring and procuring clubhouse supplies and provisions: kitchen items, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, grill propane, etc.
GAMES
Management of all aspects of our onsite tournaments. Tasks include: call for teams, set up tournament schedule, manage scoring and send results to the Secretary.
MEMBERSHIP
This position oversees the incoming new and renewing membership applications, manages the name tags for new members, and keeps the membership database up to date.
RENTALS
The rentals chairperson manages all aspects of club/greens rentals. From incoming inquires all the way thru to onsite management for events.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Plans and facilitate our social events. Work closely with the Outreach and Marketing Chairpersons.
Communications & Website
All member-based communications such as the monthly newsletter, Facebook group and social media, plus keeping the website up to date.
